The Physician’s Quality Registry (PQR) is a CMS approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). The QCDR is a CMS requirement to facilitate the collection and submission of quality performance data to CMS on behalf of eligible clinicians (EC) under the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) of 2015. CMS approved the self-nomination application for PQR QCDR on December 11, 2017. The PQR streamlines the burden of data submission and reporting by using a multi-level real time quality control methodology. Submit your data, see your errors, resubmit and in 48 hours your provider performance dashboards are available. Give feedback to your providers allowing them to improve quality scores.
